Pink Journotes Privacy Policy

Pink Journotes is a private notes, recordings, tasks, and planning app with Peach AI support. We collect only the information needed to provide your account, sync your notes, and connect optional Google services you choose to use.
Information We Collect
We may store your account email, journal content, tasks, recordings transcripts, Peach AI memories, calendar settings, and basic account status. If you connect Google, we receive your Google profile email and permission tokens for the Google services you approve.
If you submit a GCash payment, we store the reference number, payment screenshot, submission time, and review status so an administrator can verify and activate your plan. We do not collect your GCash PIN or password.
Google Data
If you connect Google, Pink Journotes uses Google Calendar access to create or update events from your journal tasks and notes. Pink Journotes uses Google Drive access to create or update app backup files that you request. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
How We Use Information
We use your information to sign you in, sync your notebook across devices, save backups, create calendar events, provide Peach AI features, and support account recovery.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared with service providers only when needed to operate Pink Journotes, such as email delivery, hosting, Google APIs you connect, and Peach AI processing.
Your Choices
You can stop using Google sync at any time by revoking access from your Google Account permissions page. You can also contact us to request account help or deletion.
Private calendar feed links can be rotated or disabled from Settings. Payment screenshots are available only to the submitting account and administrators reviewing the payment.
